The Irish Boarding Kennels & Cattery Association announces this year's Education Seminar on Health & Safety This year's education seminar will be on Health & Safety in the Boarding Industry and will be held on Sunday the 9th November from 9:15am to 4:40pm in the Heritage Hotel in Portlaoise. There will be speakers from the Health & Safety Regulation Authority, the Insurance Industry and the Boarding Industry as well as a Suppliers Trade Show and the launch of the magazine Kennel & Cattery Management. The Irish Boarding Kennels & Cattery Association (IBKCA) was form in late 2006 by a group of dog kennels and cattery owners who are concerned by the lack of standards and support in the Irish Boarding Kennel Industry. Their aim is to support members who are constantly striving to provide top quality animal care. All IBKCA members undertake to commit to the IBKCA Code of Ethics.
